“My son Chris is a 22-year-old happy guy with Down syndrome. We recently heard about Robert and a wonderful organization called Angels for Higher. The bookstore where Chris worked for the past year had just closed and Chris was out of a job.  Chris loves sports and staying active in his community.  He is friendly and eager to please/help others. Robert Hendershot with Angels for Higher came to Chris’ rescue. He pursued a position for Chris with Columbus Crew Soccer organization.  Chris interviewed well, had his Orientation, and last night worked his first Crew Soccer Match greeting fans and scanning tickets.  It was wonderful to see Chris so happy and watch the welcome smiles from the fans. As a parent and Advocate, I’m thankful to Robert and Angels for Higher for helping our kids with special needs become productive members of society! A special thank you to the Columbus Crew for graciously welcoming Chris into your team family!  Go Crew!”
